Simply drain and rinse thoroughly in cold water. Half a can makes up 1 of your 5 a day. 400g net weight, 270g drained weight.

Preparation and Usage
ServingReady to eat, simply drain, rinse in cold water then add to soups, salads and stews.

Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently.Stir occasionally. 2-4 mins. Drain & serve.; Microwave - From Ambient. 750W 3 mins900W 2 mins, 30 secsPlace contents in a microwaveable container and cover with a vented lid. Stir half way through. Drain & serve. Adjust the heating time for microwaves of different output.
