Preparation and Usage: A great side dish with any Mexican meal. For microwave cooking: Squeeze the pouch to loosen contents before cooking. Cut top of pack to make a 2cm opening and stand upright on a microwaveable plate. For 750W microwave, heat for 2 minutes; for 900W, heat for 1 minute 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 30 seconds and be careful to avoid steam. Pour onto a plate and fluff the rice with a fork. Check that rice is hot before serving. Do not reheat.
