M&S Gujarati Curry Kit
A simple and convenient way to have an authentic Indian meal at home. This kit contains a dry spice blend, a base masala paste and a Gujarati curry sauce to give you a warmly spiced curry in just three easy steps. Perfect mixed together with vegetables and chicken and served alongside basmati rice and naan breads. Serves 2.

Gujarati vegetable curry - serves 2

In addition you will need...
100g carrot, grated
100g new potatoes, cooked and halved
200g cauliflower, crumbled
Handful of green beans
1 tbsp of oil

Cooking instructions...
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the sachet of whole spices. Stir until spices begin to pop.
2. Spoon the jar of base masala paste into the pan and cook for 2-3 min. Add the vegetables and stir until warmed through.
3. Add the cooking sauce, cover and simmer gently until cooked.
For a meat option why not try replacing carrot and potatoes with 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs.
Finishing touches...
Garnish with black onion seeds and fresh coriander.
Do not reheat.
