Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
For best results microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins
Cook on high (100%).
After 2 mins, stir the curry compartment, re-cover and cook for the remaining time.
Allow to stand for 1 min.
Stir after cooking.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180C, Fan 160C, Gas 4, 30 mins
Preheat oven.
