ServingHow to make the perfect cup of tea:Use only freshly boiled water, as reboiled water dulls both the appearance and flavour of the tea. Bring fresh water just to the boil. Add directly to tea and allow to infuse for 3 mins. Remove the teabag and add a splash of milk if desired.
