Preparation and Usage
ServingHow to make the perfect cup of Chai:For traditional brewing use one teabag per person and add to a pan of milk. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 5 mins, adding sugar to taste.Alternatively add freshly boiled water to the tea (using one bag per person) as soon as it comes to the boil. Brew the tea in water only, brew for 3-5 mins and add milk if desired.
