Only 17 of the 319 villages in Champagne have the highest Grand Cru classification, so this is a rare champagne, rarer still as it is a Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay from a single vintage. It has been aged in the cool cellars of Reims for more than 6 years to develop wonderful aromas of brioche, pineapple, citrus and pear with a fine mousse.
