Smooth and rich, this creamy mushroom sauce is made with white wine and chicken stock. Heat gently over the hob or in the microwave and pour over grilled meat or chicken. Serves 2.

Preparation and Usage
ServingOnce heated, serve alongside your favourite grilled meat. Why not try... pan frying a chicken breast until golden, add sauce to pan and simmer until hot.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. On heating this sauce may naturally separate, but will stir back in easily.Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. Empty contents into a suitable saucepan and heat gently stirring occasionally. Do not boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. Cut pouch along the top before placing in microwave. Heat on full power.
