Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 mins. Preheat oven. Remove label and film and place glaze sachet to one side. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 20 mins. Remove from oven and pour off any excess liquid, then pour glaze over steaks. Increase oven temperature to: Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7. Return to oven and cook for a further 5 mins. Check that the product is thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat.
