Conchiglioni (from the italian for \Large shell\) is shaped and drawn through an authentic bronze die for a perfectly rough texture, with a shell shape ideal for capturing indulgent sauces.
Ideal to create the perfect base for al forno bakes & italian salads or pair with a rich meat ragu.
Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. 13-15 mins
Add 80g of pasta per person to a pan of boiling water, and boil gently.
Do not cover the pan.
Drain and return pasta to pan.
