M&S Bramley Apple & Cider SauceA rich and smooth sauce made with tangy Bramley apples, Somerset cider, chicken stock and cream. Heat gently over the hob or in the microwave and pour over grilled meat or pork. Serves 2.

Preparation and Usage
Serving
Pan fry your favourite cut of pork, add sauce to pan and simmer until hot. Finish with chopped parsley. Why not try... adding caramelised apple wedges cooked in butter and sugar.

Cooking Instructions - General. Important
Take care when removing hot liquids from microwave.; Hob - From Ambient. Empty contents into a suitable saucepan and heat gently stirring occasionally.
Do not boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. Cut pouch along the top before placing in microwave.
Heat on full power for (750w) 90 sec, (850w) 70 sec. Stir and serve.
