Beef in Black Bean Sauce
Cooking time 10 mins
Ingredients
280g beef steak, cut into approx. 1cm slices, 1 red onion, cut into approx. 3cm pieces, 1 green pepper, cut into approx. 3cm pieces
Method
1. Heat 15ml oil in a pan, add the sliced beef steak and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Add a chunky diced red onion and sliced green pepper and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the jar of sauce and gently simmer for 5-6 minutes or until the beef is cooked.
4. Garnish with sliced spring onions. Serve with steamed rice.
Why not try: Using pan fried tofu for a vegan alternative and serve with steamed rice.
