Beef Lasagne. Serves 4
You Will Need: 500g M&S lean minced beef, 1x jar 500g M&S classic tomato everything sauce, 1x pack of M&S lasagne sheets, 1x jar M&S classic bechamel everything sauce, 25g parmesan cheese, 75g Cheddar cheese
Method: Brown the lean minced beef in a saucepan until juices run clear and season to taste. Add the jar of classic tomato everything sauce and allow to simmer gently for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Place half of the beef mixture into the base of your ovenproof dish and cover with a layer of pasta sheets. Add a layer of the classic bechamel everything sauce (just under half a jar). Layer with remaining beef mixture, add another layer of lasagne sheet and top with the remaining classic bechamel everything sauce, top with parmesan and cheddar. Place in a preheated oven at 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 6 for about 30 mins until sauce is bubbling and golden brown. Serve with garlic bread or a simple green salad.
