Garlic & Herb Chicken
Ingredients: Serves 4
1 White wine, garlic & herb flavour pot
4 Chicken thighs
300ml Double cream
50g Mushrooms, sliced
30g of Parmesan, grated
1/2 Small onion, finely diced
Brown the chicken skin side down and then cook in a preheated oven 200C/180C Fan for 20 minutes, checking the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
Cook the onion in 1 tbsp oil until soft, then add the mushrooms and brown.
Turn down the heat and add the cream and the Flavour Pot, stir until dissolved.
Add the cheese and stir through, then serve poured over the chicken.
