Directions:

Step 1. Warm 3-5 drops of Lumity's Skin Nutrients Facial Oil between palms and apply to freshly cleansed skin.

Step 2. Hold the Gua Sha at a 45-degree angle to the skin and use gentle upwards strokes.

- Start at the centre of the face and sweep outwards towards the hairline

- From the chin, glide along the jawline towards the ear.

- Around the eyes, use light outward strokes.

- On the forehead, sweep upwards from the brows to the hairline.

Step 3. For the neck, begin at the jawline and stroke downwards towards the collarbone to encourage drainage.

Step 4. Repeat each movement 3-5 times, always working slowly and gently.
