My tipsBeing high in fibre makes coconut flour quite absorbent, so I recommend leaving cake mixtures and batters for a few minutes before cooking, adding extra liquid or an egg, if neededA wonderful, healthy addition to other flour in foodsAs with all flours, I always whisk or sift this before adding to a recipe
