Vibrant Flavour in 3 Easy Steps
1 Pan fry 2 beef steaks (300g) gently in a little oil for 10 minutes until cooked through.
2 Microwave: Cut corner where indicated. Microwave for 45 seconds at full power (800W†). Leave to stand for 15 seconds then cut open the rest of the pouch as required to serve. Take care when the sauce is hot. Ensure you use the cool hold at side. †Microwaves will vary so adjust heating times accordingly.
Hob: Empty contents of the pouch into a sauce pan and heat gently stirring often.
3 Pour the sauce over the steak and serve with potato wedges.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
