Vibrant Flavour in 3 Easy Steps
1 To create a delicious cauliflower cheese, boil 300g of cauliflower florets for 10-15mins and drain.
2 Microwave: Cut corner where indicated. Microwave for 45 seconds at full power (800W†). Leave to stand for 15 seconds then cut open the rest of the pouch as required to serve. Take care when the sauce is hot. Ensure you use the cool hold at side.
†Microwaves will vary so adjust heating times accordingly.
Hob: Empty contents of the pouch into a sauce pan and heat gently stirring often.
3 Place cauliflower in a small baking dish, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with some grated cheddar and bake in oven for 10-15min until golden brown.
Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
