Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. This product requires cooking before consumption.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 19 mins.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap product loosely in foil.
Place on a baking tray. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 12-14 mins.
Remove all packaging. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Place skin side down and turn once during cooking.
