Suggested Usage:

• Mascara: Press the brush into the base of your lashes and wiggle it through, with the curve of the brush following the natural curve of your eye. For a more dramatic effect, wait 30 seconds and apply another coat.
• Liquid Eyeliner Pen: Apply the eyeliner to the gaps between the roots of the eyelashes from the head to the end of the eye to form an eyeliner, then extend the eyeliner to desired length and arc.
