    • The water temperature is recommended to be kept between 38-40°C. Excessively high temperatures can disrupt the skin barrier, aggravate dryness, and may affect circulation stability.
    • Do not soak for more than 20 minutes per session; around 15 minutes is ideal. Prolonged soaking may lead to skin dehydration and wrinkling.
  2. Use with caution for special populations:
    • Individuals with damaged or inflamed skin: Conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, or unhealed wounds may be irritated by the salts and ingredients in bath bombs, which can worsen redness and pain.
    • Pregnant women: Avoid bath bombs containing ingredients such as musk, rosemary essential oil, or peppermint essential oil, as these may affect physical condition. It is advisable to choose fragrance-free, mild formulas and consult a doctor before use.
