Lina Stores Tuna and Capers Tomato Sauce combines fresh tomatoes with tuna and capers. The tuna is sourced from the Ionian Sea and capers are harvested locally. This is a great sauce to use in ragù and pasta dishes. Organically grown in the open fields of Ugento, Puglia, the tomatoes are hand-harvested in July and August, then carefully scalded, ground and naturally pasteurised the same day to lock in their freshness.
