Step-by-step application guide:
Step 1 - Using the tab on the outer wrapper, gently open and fold the pantyliner out flat.
Step 2 - Peel the pantyliner away from the wrapper and backing strip, the back of the pantyliner should now feel sticky.
Step 3 - It helps to line up the centre of the pantyliner with the little pocket (gusset) in your underwear.
