Lifesystems Midge & Tick Insect Repellent contains the active ingredient Saltidin® to provide increased protection from midges, ticks and smaller biting insects. The 20% Saltidin® based formulation offers medium to high level protection against biting insects for up to 8 hours. It is highly suitable for sensitive skin, is a great alternative to DEET and can be used for children over 2 years of age. This repellent comes in a durable aluminium bottle with pump-spray top and will last 24 months from when it is first opened.
How to use
IMPORTANT! Always read the label and product information before use. Do not apply sun cream at the same time; wait until sun cream has been absorbed into the skin before applying this repellent. Avoid contact with sunburnt or damaged skin.
DOSAGE: Apply every 7-8 hours or as necessary. You may need to apply repellent more frequently in areas of high humidity or when you perspire a great deal. You should reapply repellent after swimming or showering.
APPLICATION: To reduce the risk of bites, wear clothing so that minimal skin (such as face, neck, forearms, hands and feet) is exposed. Apply the repellent to all exposed skin - dispense a small amount on to the palm of your hand and rub in well. Apply sparingly on the face, neck and around the ears, avoiding the eyes and mouth. For a child, the repellent must be applied by an adult. Do not apply to the child's hands. Not suitable for children under 2 years of age.

WARNING: Flammable liquid and vapour. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
