A vanilla liqueur made from 43 different herbs and spices from all over the Mediterranean. The 43 herbs and spices create a flavour so unique, the full ingredients remain a closely guarded secret, however five are known and these are; orange, vanilla, lemon, coriander and tea. Sweet, lightly syrupy but with a spicy balancing edge. Richly honeyed vanilla and cocoa powder with an aftertaste of vanilla, toffee and dark chocolate.
