Lestrin®Plus is a food supplement containing high quality plant sterols for people who want to maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels and also contains added garlic extract and coenzyme Q10 for people who want to combine their daily supplements in one.
Plant sterols work by blocking the absorption of dietary cholesterol into the bloodstream. Lestrin contains Beta-sitosterols, a naturally occurring plant sterol that can help make up an important part of your diet.

Beta-sitosterol 556.25 mg per tablet / 55g per 100g, Garlic Extract 50mg, Ubidecarenone (Q10) 7.5 mg, Vanilla flavouring, Microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-Caking agents: Magnesium stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Emulsifier: Croscarmellose sodium.
Take two tablets twice a day with meals.
Lestrin® Plus may not be nutritionally appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under the age of 5 years. Lestrin® Plus is to be used as part of a balanced and varied diet, including regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Lestrin® Plus is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol level. Patients on cholesterol lowering medication should only consume Lestrin® Plus under medical supervision. Total dietary intake of phytosterols should not exceed 3g per day
