History
Boutinot Frances new offices are in the middle of vineyards of St Vran AC on the southern perimeter of the Mconnais. Vinification Details
Whole bunch Gamay is fermented using traditional carbonic maceration techniques. Short cuvasion is used in order to keep the up front juicy fruit characters.
