History
Boutinot Frances new offices are in the middle of vineyards of St Vran AC on the southern perimeter of the Mconnais. Drive five minutes down the road and cross the border into the northern rim of the Beaujolais cru, St. Amour the village in which Samantha Bailey, our winemaker responsible for Beaujolais & Mconnais, got married all the hilly Beaujolais crus lie to the south in front of you.

Vinification Details
Whole bunch Gamay is fermented using traditional carbonic maceration techniques. Short cuvasion is used in order to keep the up front juicy fruit characters.
