Ingredients: 1 serving of Lee Kum Kee knife-Cut noodles, 1.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee premium oyster sauce, 0.5 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow chilli oil
Method: Simmer the noodles for 3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water. Heat a pan with a little oil, sauté 50 g of sliced onion, then stir-fry the noodles with the seasoning for 2 minutes. Top with one portion of pre-cooked beef.
