Ingredients: 1 Serving of Lee Kum Kee Knife-cut Noodles, 1.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, 0.5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
Method: Simmer the noodles for 3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water. Heat a pan with a little oil, sauté 50 g of sliced onion, then stir-fry the noodles with the seasoning for 2 minutes. Top with one portion of pre-cooked beef.
