Chinese Barbecued Pork (Char Siu) (Serves 2)
Marinate 350 g pork loin with 3 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce for a minimum of 15 mins before oven cooking at 190C / Gas 5 for 20 mins or until cooked through. Brush over 1 Tbsp Char Siu Sauce and rest for 2 mins before slicing and serving.
