Le Creuset 26cm Toughened Non-Stick Sauté Pan

A saute pan and lid from Le Creuset's Toughened Non-Stick cookware range, with a wide base and roomy straight sides and all the benefits of a frying pan and casserole in one pan. It's ideal for quick, light frying, searing meat and reducing sauces. The high sides prevent splattering or spilling and the lid allows food to cook slowly.

The Toughened Non-Stick range boasts innovative technology from its three-layer reinforced non-stick surface to the induction-compatible base. Cookware is made from high-quality, hard-anodised forged aluminium for excellent heat retention and even heat distribution.

It's toughened inside and out with coatings that are durable, PFOA-free, easy to clean and can withstand the use of metal utensils, with care. The metal abrasion resistance of the non-stick surface has been independently laboratory tested. When cooking with this coating, you need little or no oil, ensuring healthier results.

The range features hollow, cast stainless steel handles, riveted for strength and designed to stay cooler when the cookware is on the hob.

The heat-resistant glass lid retains moisture and flavour and allows you to check the food you are cooking without lifting the lid and disturbing the cooking process or temperature.

Metal handles
Metal pan handles heat up when cooking so be careful when lifting pans and touching handles. Please use an oven glove, mitt or pot holder when handling hot pans.

• Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly
• Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing
• Always cool a hot pan for a few minutes before washing
