Condition the interior non-stick cooking surface (not external). Rub a film of vegetable, rapesead or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with.

For best results, use an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product. Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage.
