For everyday cooking, the Le Creuset Signature casserole dish offers superior heat retention. This 4.1L oval cast-iron pot is ideal for braising and roasting. Made in France, it comes with a lifetime warranty.
Features a tight-fitting lid that locks in moisture for tender results.
Suitable for all hob types including induction and gas.
Dishwasher and freezer safe for easy care and storage.
Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing.
The enamel surface is not ideal for dry cooking.
Always cool a hot pan for a few minutes before washing. Thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking or loss of enamel.
When grilling take a few drops of water on your fingers and flick over the hot surface. If they sizzle and evaporate almost immediately it is hot and ready for use.
