Go beyond the kitchen with the Outdoor Pizza Pan, ideal for open-flame cooking. It's perfectly sized to accommodate a large pizza, with superior heat distribution for a crispy crust. The raised loop handles and low sides make it easy to handle.

Made from Black Enamel Cast Iron, which is specifically developed to be durable, easy to clean and resists dulling and staining. The Black Enamel Cast Iron has enhanced durability for regulated and unregulated heat sources up to 450°C. No seasoning is required. Suitable for use on barbecues, grills, gas hobs and oven use. Not suitable for AGAs or induction hobs.

Le Creuset Outdoor Cast Iron Care

• Read the appropriate instructions that come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly
• Can endure heats on regulated and unregulated heat sources up to 450°C
• Compatible with outdoor grills, pizza ovens, wood-fired ovens, domestic ovens and gas. Not suitable for AGA's or induction hobs
• For use with charcoal or wood-fired outdoor/barbecue grill, always put the product on a rack and never in direct contact with the embers. Leave a minimum distance of 5cm between the rack and the embers
• When using on an open heat source, always ensure that the flames do not extend around the sidewalls of the product. Keep the flames confined to the base
• Avoid excessive temperature changes, and allow the product to cool gradually and evenly, to avoid thermal shock
• Recommended to use silicone, wood, or other heat-resistant tools when cooking
• Never use knives or other sharp metal utensils that may mark and scratch the enamel cooking surface
• Safe for use with metal utensils and dishwasher-safe, however, handwash is recommended
