Care instructions: Read the appropriate instructions that come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, even for frying and searing. Let the product heat up gradually for great-tasting food that's cooked evenly. If you do need to use a higher heat, lower the setting once the desired heat has been reached. Silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended. For best results, use an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce the risk of damage to product. Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage. When grilling, before adding any food or oil, take a few drops of water on your fingers and scatter over the hot surface. If they sizzle and evaporate almost immediately, it's hot and ready for use. Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Always use oven gloves when handling hot products. Allow product to cool before cleaning.
