• Use of acidic ingredients or food with strong colouring may result in staining or loss of sheen, but will not affect the performance
• Keep product dry when not in use and store in a well-ventilated area
• Every 3-4 weeks, if the product appears dry, renew the oil coating by wiping the product with a clean cloth soaked in vegetable oil
• Avoid cleaning with scouring pads or polishing agents
• Avoid prolonged soaking, direct sunlight and sanitising with bleach
• Not suitable for direct heat or dishwasher
