Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in an airtight opaque container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Preparation: For stove top espresso pot, follow manufacturer's instructions. For cafetière, add 2 rounded dsp for a 3-cup cafetière (5dsp/8cup, 8dsp/12 cup), fill with hot not boiling water, stir, allow to brew for about 3 minutes, then plunge.
Cooking guidelines: Suitable for all coffee making equipment. For Mocha Pot, fill lower compartment with cold water up to safety valve, fill filter compartment with coffee, screw on, bring to boil, water will pass through coffee and collect in top chamber. For cafetières/filters, use 1 rounded tablespoon per person. For espresso machines, use 1 dessertspoon per person.
