Pump comfortably and efficiently with the right fitting breast cushion or insert.
When pumping, your nipple should fit comfortably within the breast cushion (or insert) without any pinching - our Wearable Pump comes complete with a 24mm breast cushion, plus a 21mm insert, however we do have alternative sizes should you require them.
Follow our simple instructions for measuring your nipples to find the perfect insert size for you:
Gently stimulate the nipple to ensure it is erect. Take a ruler or tape measure and hold it vertically from the base of your nipple to the top of your nipple (excluding your areola). It is worth measuring each nipple as they may vary in size, requiring a different insert per side. Remember that nipple size can change with birth, breastfeeding and pumping so it is always useful to re-check nipple sizes from time to time.

Hazards and Cautions
Caution: Visually inspect the individual components for cracks, chips, tears, discoloration, or deterioration. These may effect the functionality of the the pump.
Warning: The breast pump does not function while it is changing.
Note: Be careful when removing and cleaning the valve, and DO NOT insert objects into the valve. If the valve is damaged, the breast pump will not work properly. DO NOT refreeze milk once it's thawed. DO NOT MICROWAVE HUMAN MILK! Microwaving alters the composition of the milk. Microwaving also create hot spots in the milk that could burn the infant. DO NOT thaw breastmilk in hot or boiling water.
