Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Ambient. Soak the chana dal for 4hrs in cold water. Drain and rinse and then place in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15-20 mins or until tender and thickened. Do not eat raw.
