Produced in small batches and rested in American white oak, ex-bourbon barrels this outstanding rum gracefully captures the character, exuberance and diversity of Colombia. Matured in the hot and humid microclimate of Barranquilla Reserva Familiar is a complex, woody and dry unpolished rum that delivers characterful notes of toffee and orange peel on the nose and a bold burst of flavour on the palate with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee.

Preparation and Usage: A distinguished choice for rum connoisseurs, cocktail enthusiasts and for special occasions such as Father's Day, Christmas, birthdays throughout the year. La Hechicera Reserva Familiar Old Fashioned Ingredients: 50ml La Hechicera Reserva Familiar, 1 sugar cube, 4 drops of Angostura Bitters, orange zest, dehydrated orange wheel for garnish, ice. Instructions: Place a sugar cube, 2 drops of bitters, and 3 ice cubes into a rocks glass. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add another 2 drops of bitters, 25ml La Hechicera Reserva Familiar and 3 ice cubes and continue to stir for 60 seconds. Top up the glass with more ice and add another 25ml La Hechicera Reserva Familiar then stir for another 60 seconds. Twist an orange zest on top and garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
