Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The oil may become cloudy at less than 10C. This is normal at cold temperatures and has no effect on the product quality. The oil will clear on gentle warming at room temperature.
Preparation and Usage
Extra Virgin olive oils are best served at room temperature and this oil can be enjoyed dipping crusty bread or drizzling over pizza. Also use as a base for marinades, vinaigrettes and salad dressings. Try making houmous or mayonnaise.
