Unlike other manufacturers, we use only Spanish olives in our oil which can be traced right back to the olive grove where they were grown. The olives are harvested and milled in the Andalucian region of Spain before packing into the bottles locally and transported to the UK.This La Espanola Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from a single variety Hojiblanca olives grown in the south of Spain.It is a high quality, extra virgin olive oil extracted from specially selected 100% Spanish Hojiblanca olives . The oil has distict flavour notes of ripe fruit, avocado and almonds and is definitely pleasing to your palate.Whatever the occasion, La Espanola brings a truly authentic taste of Spain to your table so you can sit back and enjoy. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The oil may become cloudy at less than 10°C. This is normal at cold temperatures and has no effect on the product quality. The oil will clear on gentle warming at room temperature.

Preparation and Usage
Extra Virgin olive oils are best served at room temperature and this oil can be enjoyed dipping crusty bread or drizzling over pizza. Also use as a base for marinades, vinaigrettes and salad dressings. Try making houmous or mayonnaise.
