Preparation and usage

The perfect cafetière coffee

  • 1 For each cup, measure 15g coffee and 250ml water.
  • 2 Pour boiled water onto the coffee in your cafetière, stir, then replace the lid and leave for 4 minutes.
  • 3 Stir after brewing and skim off any remaining floating coffee grinds and oils from the surface.
  • 4 Stir again, plunge half way, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before pouring. Enjoy at fika time!

Storage

Once opened, seal with a clip or place in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.Best enjoyed within two weeks of opening.
