Preparation: Shallow fry: From Ambient. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, stir fry 500g of chicken breast. Add contents of the pouch & stir. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Try adding a touch of butter, 50ml of double cream and freshly chopped coriander leaves if desired. Do not consume if the pouch has leaked or swollen.
