Marco's Beef BourguignonIngredients:Oil for browning400g stewing steak1 small onion, chopped1/2 leek, choppedPinch of flour1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 rasher bacon, choppedSmall piece celeryBayleaf, thyme & parsley250ml full bodied red wine1 Knorr Rich Beef Stock PotPreparation Time: 15 minutes CookingTime: 2-3 HoursServings: 4Chop the steak into large chunks and fry in a little oil, remove from pan. Add the onion and leek to the pan and cook slowly to soften. Add the flour and cook.Add the garlic, bacon and a small piece of celery tied with bayleaf, thyme and parsley to make a bouquet garni. Pour in the wine and boil for 10 mins to reduce. Add 250ml water with the Knorr Rich Beef Stock Pot, return beef to pan. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook in oven at 140°C-150°C, 130°C fan, Gas 1-2 for approx 2-3 hours.
