How to use Knorr Stock Pots:- Adding directly to your dish.- Alternatively, dissolving into 500ml of boiling water.- For a lighter stock, use 750ml of water.

Dissolve into 500ml of boiling water to make a delicious stock for gravy, casseroles or soups. Or add directly to sauces, pastas or rice.

Beef CurryIngredients:2 tbsp oil1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic, crushed1 tsp ready grated root ginger1 tsp easy chilli500g casserole steak, diced1 tbsp flour1-2 tbsp curry paste2 tbsp tomato puree1 Knorr Beef Stock Pot225g button mushrooms400g potatoes, cut into chunksPreparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 1 hourServings: 4Heat the oil in a large pan and saute onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Toss the beef in the flour and fry until browned. Stir in curry paste, tomato puree and the Knorr Stock Pot dissolved in 500ml boiling water.Add the mushrooms and potato. Cover and cook on a low heat for 50-60 minutes or until meat is cooked.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice, chutneys, and cucumber raita.
