To make a rich cup, heat 200ml of dairy or plant-based milk and stir in 8 teaspoons of Knoops 65% dark hot chocolate flakes until melted. These flakes also work in any hot chocolate maker and can be used for iced chocolates or milkshakes. They come from Knoops, a British hot chocolate brand, with a recipe based on cocoa mass and cocoa butter.
