KMC NRG BAR contains 83g of Carbohydrate per bar. Each bar can be broken easily into 6 blocks of 14g. Contains a blend of 4 Electrolytes designed to aid hydration by replacing salts lost through sweat and improve physical performance. Electrolytes also help avoid cramp and early onset fatigue. The KMC B Vitamin complex (3,5,6 and 12) is designed to breakdown carbohydrates more effectively into energy and maintain nerve and blood cell functionality.
We recommend you consume one 14g block (6 per bar) every 25-30 minutes, before and during exercise to Recharge. Always think ahead and stay on top of your energy levels, eat pro-actively not reactively, to avoid hitting the wall. Eat well before you start exercising and have one block (14g) within 30 minutes into your activity, take one 14g block every 20-30 minutes thereafter. Our bars are easy to take, they dissolve in your mouth and leave a refreshing and slightly invigorating aftertaste, but we still recommend having some water with them.
