Produced at the Olivier Sumeire winery in the Côtes de Provence region, an 8th generation grape grown and vintner, whose family has been passionate about winemaking since the XIIIth Century. This beautiful pale pink rosé is dry and crisp with floral aromas of hawthorn and jasmine. They quickly evolve to an intense elderberry and peach followed by a lengthy citrus finish. It is a refreshing wine with a silky well-balanced texture.
