At the Nolet Family Distillery, where Ketel One is produced, the distillery uses electricity powered by 100% wind energy purchased from the power grid. The Nolet windmill, which was built in 2005 by the Nolet Family and is known as the tallest tower mill in the world, also generates wind energy, all of which the Distillery sells back to the power grid.
